Mr. Zubair Sharif is a seasoned banker with banking experience of more than 26years Mr. Zubair Sharif after completion of his M Sc Statistics from University of the Punjab ( started his career in 1996 He joined Allied Bank in 2006 in Corporate and Investment Banking Group He has multi dimensional banking experience in areas like corporate, branch banking, branch transformation, data analytics and trade finance He also possesses rich experience in banking operations, policy/procedures, digital transformation customer journey mapping. Over the past 8 years, he served as Group Head of various functions like Branch Banking Operations, Centralized Operations and Banking Policies Procedures in Banking Services Digital Banking Groups. During his professional career at the Bank, he has attended various trainings. Presently, he is serving as Chief Banking Services Group.
Mr. Adeel Javaid is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ( with more than 15 years of diverse experience in the fields of financial and Industrial Management. He started his professional career in the industrial manufacturing sector in 2007. He joined Allied Bank in 2016 and has served in the Finance, Risk Management and Corporate Affairs Groups of the Bank. Presently, he has been serving as Company Secretary of the Bank since January 2022.
Mr. Mansoor Zaighum is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (with more than 23 years of diverse experience in the fields of financial Planning and Reporting). He joined Allied Bank in 2008 and has served in Taxation, Regulatory Reporting and Central Accounts Affairs of the Bank. Presently, he has been serving as Group Head of Strategic Planning Financial Reporting of the Bank since 2020.
Serving with Allied Bank since February 2007, with total banking experience of over 22 years primarily in corporate banking in both business and risk management roles. Prior employment includes ABN Amro Bank, AlBaraka Islamic Bank, The Bank of Punjab and NIB Bank. Have attended several impactful in-person and virtual international & local workshops, courses & trainings conducted by Harvard Business School, Asian Development Bank, Oracle, Euromoney, LUMS, Allied Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Coursea, in London, Istanbul, Singapore, Dubai and Lahore, covering FinTechs, ESG, Corporate Lending & Workouts, Compliance, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Servicing, Leadership, and Growth & Succession in Family-run Businesses. Awarded Executive MBA by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), with an undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science under the University of London External Programme.
Mr. Syed Shah Sajid Hussain is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ( and Institute of Cost Management Accountants of Pakistan ( with more than 32 years of diverse experience in the fields of financial industry, especially in the areas of Islamic and Conventional Banking, Finance, Treasury, Corporate Credit, Audit Fund Management. He started his professional career as a consultant in 1991. He joined Allied Bank in 2018 and has served in Treasury, Home Remittance and Financial Institution operations of the Bank.
Mr. Yasser Pal is a seasoned banking professional with a 28-year career in the industry. After earning his MBA, he launched his journey at Standard Chartered,where he spearheaded different units, such as the Central Processing Unit, Wealth Management, and Cash Management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational mastery. He further showcased as he played a pivotal role in the due diligence process during the acquisition of Union Bank by Standard Chartered.
In 2010, he joined Allied Bank as Head of Central Account Processing. With extensive expertise in banking operations, policy/procedures, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives such as RDA and My Pakistan Digital Account, Mr. Pal has consistently excelled in his roles. Having actively participated in numerous training programs to further enhance his skills, he currently holds the prestigious position of Head of Operations at ABL Exchange
Mr. Tanveer Ahmad has been associated with the banking industry for over two decades performing various management roles with distinction. Having completed his MBA in Australia, he joined Investment Banking to work with Big Corporate Industry for their lending requirements. He joined NIB Bank Limited in the role of Corporate Credit Manager before moving to Allied Bank Limited as Head of Credit for North-1 Group. After moving to Head Office, he worked with Chief CRBG in the role of Liability and Product Development for many years before assigning the Job of Regional Head within Islamic Banking Group, where North-1 group became the number 1 region in both Deposit and Asset of Islamic Banking Group under his leadership. He has utilized the expertise gained over the last decade while guiding the Compliance Team to further make the processes smooth and to uptake the regulatory environment within the Allied Bank to provide a hassle-free banking experience to the customer in collaboration with other departments of the bank. As Head of Compliance and Risk at ABL Exchange, he has implemented the processes for the smooth working of ABL Exchange company and collaborated with the State Bank of Pakistan to implement the Regulatory Framework of Exchange Companies for daily customer transactions.
Mr. Waseem Ahmad Rana is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with more than 11 years of diverse experience in the fields of Auditing, Financial Management & Taxation. He started his professional career as a Manager of Taxation in a Chartered Account Firm in 2013. He joined Allied Bank in 2015 and has served in the Audit and Risk Review of the Bank. Presently, he has been serving as CFO and Company Secretary of the Company since March 2024.

He is an experienced professional having more than 26 years of experience including 18 years with three Banks. He worked in Internal Audit and Finance departments of Crescent Commercial Bank Limited and Arif Habib Bank Limited respectively earlier to his association with Allied Bank Limited since 2010. In Allied Bank Limited’s Audit & Risk Review Group he majorly served as Regional Head in Branch Audit, Unit Head Management Audit and Unit Head Credit Risk Review. Earlier to joining banking sector, he worked with two Chartered Accountants firms for more than 8 years in total. He completed his B.Sc (Statistics and Double Mathematics) from University of the Punjab. He is CA Finalist, Professional Accounting Affiliate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor from The Institute of Internal Controls.
